Mountain Adventure at Hochoetz
Directly next to the Feelfree Apartments, the Ochsengarten cable car – or the Acherkogelbahn from Oetz – takes you up into the adventure in just a few minutes.
Whether 36 play and puzzle stations, three exciting themed trails, panoramic biking routes or hikes to rustic alpine huts: adventure begins at 2,000 metres. And if you want to aim even higher, the new via ferrata routes to the Rosskopf (2,399 m) or the Wetterkreuz (2,591 m) offer scenic summit experiences.
From Action to Adventure
The lower Ötztal is made for adventurers: gorges shaped by water over thousands of years, wild rivers that challenge you, and high peaks that demand courage. Here, you’ll reach your limits – and go beyond them.

Biking With or Without a Guide
Your hosts at Feelfree Apartments are real bike enthusiasts – no wonder, since they also run the Feelfree Bike Centre in Oetz. Here you will find everything you need: shop, rental, bike repair and guided tours. As our guest, you receive a 20% discount on rentals and tours – including e-bikes. Whether you prefer a relaxed ride on the Ötztal Cycle Path, a technically challenging route on root-covered trails or a fast descent on steep slopes – with an (e-)bike, tips or a guide, you are well equipped for any tour.
Culture & History
Not only on bad-weather days is a visit to the lovingly curated Ötztal museums worthwhile: The Tower Museum in Oetz showcases regional art, while the Local Heritage & Open-Air Museum in Längenfeld immerses you in rural life of the 19th century. Everyday objects, tools and traditional activities invite you to discover and try things out yourself.
