How can I book an apartment?

Is there Wi-Fi in all apartments?

Yes, fast and stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building free of charge.

What can I do in the Ötztal in summer?

The Ötztal is a paradise for hiking, (e-)biking, road cycling, rafting & canyoning, climbing, swimming in Lake Piburg, and much more.

What can I do in the Ötztal in winter?

The Ötztal is perfect for skiing and snowboarding in nearby ski areas such as Hochoetz–Kühtai, Gurgl, or the glacier ski area in Sölden. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and tobogganing are also among the most popular winter activities.

What summer activities are available for children?

There are plenty of activities for kids – including the supervised WIDI Kids Club with its daily adventure program, the WIDIVERSUM Hochoetz with puzzle and adventure stations in the mountains, and a children’s pool with slide. Indoor playrooms, an adventure playground, and family-friendly nature and water experiences complete the offer.

Are there parking options – including for electric cars?

Yes, guests have access to ample free and covered parking spaces directly at the Feelfree Apartments Ochsengarten. Charging stations for electric cars are also available.

What is the best way to travel to the Feelfree Apartments Ochsengarten?
  • By car: via the motorway A12 (exit Ötztal) and then a short drive to Ochsengarten.

  • Nearest train station: Ötztal Bahnhof
  • Nearest airport: Innsbruck, as well as Munich and Zurich.
How do I get to the ski area?

Our apartments are located right next to the gondola station in Ochsengarten – placing you directly in the family-friendly Hochoetz ski area. In addition, the ski bus runs to Kühtai every 15 minutes during high season and every 30 minutes during low season.

Is there a ski rental in the building?

Yes, our in-house Feelfree Snow Sports shop offers rentals, a ski depot, and sales all in one. Another branch is located near the Acherkogelbahn mountain station in the Hochoetz ski area.

Is there a reception?

In winter, the in-house Feelfree Snow Sports shop serves as the reception. In summer, check-in is handled via an easy self check-in with a key box.

Is the region family-friendly?

Yes, the Ötztal offers a wide range of activities for the whole family all year round. Biking, hiking, playgrounds, adventure parks, skiing, and much more – there’s something for all ages.

What amenities do the apartments offer?

All apartments feature at least one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a pull-out sofa, smart TV, a bathroom, and a balcony or terrace.

The XL apartments additionally include a private Finnish sauna and a separate toilet.

What are the cancellation conditions?
  • Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival

  • 70% cancellation fee from 30 to 8 days before arrival
  • 90% cancellation fee from 7 to 1 day before arrival
  • 100% cancellation fee for no-shows
Is catering available on-site?

Guests appreciate the high-quality, fully equipped kitchens and cozy dining areas in the apartments – perfect for self-catering.

Restaurants can be found in Ochsengarten and within just 10 minutes by car in Kühtai and Oetz. Shopping facilities and a pharmacy are also available in Oetz.

Which apartments have a sauna?

Our three XL apartments – available anytime and without limits. Please handle it with care – if you have any questions or issues, we are always here to help.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Please smoke only on the balcony or terrace and use an ashtray.

What are the payment terms and methods?

A deposit of 25% of the booking price is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask for the remaining balance 6 weeks before arrival. Upon request, we may waive the remaining payment. On site, the following payment methods are available: cash, debit card or credit card.

How much is the local tax?

The local tax is currently EUR 5.00 per person per night.

Children under 16 are exempt from the local tax. The exemption is always based on the year of birth (current year minus 16).

Is travel insurance recommended?

Please note that illness before the start of the trip does not entitle you to free cancellation. We therefore expressly recommend taking out cancellation or travel insurance. 

You can take it out yourself – or feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

Is there a transfer from Ötztal train station to the apartments?

As we support low-emission travel, we offer an affordable individual transfer from Ötztal train station to the accommodation – and also for the return journey.

Do you offer transfers from Innsbruck or Munich airports?

Yes, we are happy to support you in organizing your transfer. Travel from the nearby airports is possible by private taxi or affordable shared shuttle. A recommended option is “Ullis Taxi” – simply state Ochsengarten as your destination.

Are Pets Allowed?

Due to our high standards of hygiene, tranquility, and overall guest comfort, pets are unfortunately not permitted in our hotel.
